Delivery & Returns Policy

Delivery Policy

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and advise of delivery timescales. If this is not satisfactory, we will refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

2. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery in New Zealand (NZ) only. Any shipments outside of NZ are not available at this time, enquiries can be made to [email protected]

3. Delivery Time

We aim to deliver your order within 2-3 working days, however, if your order is time-specific please contact your local branch To arrange a satisfactory delivery date.

The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments in order to get your order to you in the fastest way.

4. Delivery Instructions

You can provide special delivery instructions in the comments section of our check-out page online.

5. Damaged Items in Transport

If there is any damage to the product on delivery, contact us immediately at [email protected] or contact your branch directly.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the value of your order.

Any cash customer orders under NZ$1400.00 (excluding GST) will be calculated and charged as follows:

In the same region of the store – NZ$12.00 + GST

Any regions outside of the store main region – NZ24$ + GST

Any orders over NZ$1400.00 (excluding GST) are shipped freight free for both cash and account customers.

Beacon Safety Returns policy

Thanks for purchasing products from Beacon Safety Ltd.

We understand that when purchasing online this can be difficult sometimes as you are unable to touch, feel or see a product. We are flexible and understanding in this regard, where if there are any faults or defects in the product purchased, we can look at a full refund, repair or replacement of the product within 14 days of the purchase as long as it meets our return criteria:

Contact is made with Beacon Safety prior to the return of goods letting us know what you’re

returning and why.

All goods being returned are in original packaging and resalable condition.

A copy of the tax invoice is sent with returned goods.

Please take note:

Beacon Safety takes no responsibility for products returned if they are damaged or lost in transit

Any delivery charges or shipping costs will not be part of the refund

Non-stocked items or special orders cannot be returned for a refund and for all returned goods, they may incur a 15% restocking fee

Beacon Safety reserves the right to either repair, replace or offer a refund of the product

Beacon Safety will do our very best to solve your issue as soon as possible, sometimes we must include the manufacturer in this process, however, we will communicate with you every step of the way to ensure a quick resolution.
