The ph7 Lithium Battery Charging Station is designed to provide a secure, controlled environment for charging lithium-ion batteries. Built to meet FM6050 fireproofing standards and comply with OSHA 1910.106 and NFPA 30, this cabinet ensures peace of mind in workplaces where battery charging presents a risk.

The cabinet features four adjustable, perforated steel shelves to support airflow. Each has a plug box offering eight protected sockets, providing 32 charging points. Internal temperature and humidity are constantly monitored and visible outside the unit, while an integrated smoke detector provides early fire warning.

An adjustable exhaust fan improves ventilation by dissipating warm air generated during charging. A spill tray is located at the unit’s base to contain leaks, and the internal light activates when the cabinet doors are opened. For safety, external isolation switches allow power to be disconnected from each shelf or the entire unit without opening the doors.
