The pH7 Lithium Ion Battery Cabinet (Single Door) boasts 83l of capacity and is engineered to provide a safe and controlled environment for charging lithium-ion batteries. Designed to meet stringent safety standards, including FM6050, OSHA 1910.106, and NFPA 30, this cabinet is ideal for workplaces where battery charging presents potential risks.

The cabinet offers enhanced fire resistance, constructed with double steel walls featuring a 40mm insulation gap. It includes four adjustable, perforated steel shelves, each with a plug box containing five lightning-protected sockets, totalling 20 charging points. This design ensures optimal airflow and accommodates various battery sizes.

The cabinet is equipped with temperature and humidity sensors visible from the exterior, allowing for continuous monitoring of internal conditions. An integrated smoke detector provides early warning in case of battery failure or fire. An adjustable exhaust fan dissipates heat generated during charging, maintaining optimal internal temperatures.

For added safety and convenience, external isolation switches allow power to be disconnected from individual shelves or the entire cabinet without opening the door. An internal light automatically activates upon door opening, and a spill tray at the base captures any leaks or spills.
